Our meditation classes invite you to take space from your day to meet yourself in your inner world. Our instructors hold space for you to relax your entire body-mind system and guide you on a journey into repairing the natural wear and tear we all experience and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself.
Our approach to meditation is inclusive and offers you complete freedom to be yourself and for all of your energies to circulate in their healthy spontaneous flow.
Pranayama practices focus on a combination of meditation with breath work, and sometimes mantra and mudra to support you to feel free and expansive in your body and mind. Different techniques and practices are incorporated in the various classes to offer you ways to stabilise your nervous system, settle the fluctuations of your mind and feel a richness of Prana (life force energy) building within you.
