Our Pregnancy Yoga classes at Bliss are a safe and natural way to support your health and well being throughout your pregnancy, whilst providing for a beautiful way to nourish mother to be and baby within. In each class we will move through yoga postures and sequence that bring together an intelligent combination of strengthening whilst surrendering, opening whilst letting go. These classes provide a unique opportunity to cultivate greater vitality, stability and calmness in your body, emphasising and deepening awareness and connectivity between you and your growing baby.
